AGARTALA, April 6 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb remembering the bitter beginning of the party in Tripura, on the 38th party foundation day said, “Once the BJP workers were titled as mad persons, who were very few in numbers”.

“But today, when BJP is celebrating its foundation day as the ruling party of Tripura, it proves that they were not "mad". They were not moving rudderless. People understood the 'kariyakartas' are working in right direction and thus they have voted for BJP”, CM said.

“Everybody can’t be a leader. Everyone can not be MLA but the leaders shouldn’t forget for whom they are. The man sitting in the last row of this rally is the most valuable person for the party”, CM said.

“The day the leaders will forget about the party workers, it will be the party’s destruction day. If we think we have become leaders and thus for 5 years we should not meet the activists anymore, the BJP will destroy”, he said.
