AGARTALA, April 3 (TIWN): Dilapidated condition of Tripura Panchayati Raj Training Institute (PRTI), was inspected today by Deputy Chief Minister Debbarma. The State Institute of Public Panchayati Raj Training Institute's (PRTI) deplorable conditions were never examined by the previous CPI-M Govt and hence it turned a neglected den. Today after the Deputy CM’s visit at there disclosed that the institute doesn’t have internet facility and in the computer rooms all the computers are left non-functional.However, the Deputy CM has taken the problems much positively and promised to bring faster changes inside PRTI. Addressing media, Jishnu Debbarma said, “The office will be upgraded. In this regard we have already completed the discussionâ€.“The ongoing Hostel to be completed latest by December or it may be before December also. The auditorium will be completed by Novemberâ€, Jishnu Debbarma added. The Deputy CM also has assured to solve all the problems on urgent basis.
Being asked by media, what were the problems he found inside PRTI, the Deputy CM replied, “Every offices have problems and PRTI's problems will be fixed on urgent basis. The computers are not working in the computer rooms. Classrooms should be upgraded. There is no internet facility also".
