AGARTALA, April 2 (TIWN): Manik Sarkar's public acting as a poorest Chief Minister will shame even top drama artists as the corrupt Ex-CM distributed prime lands in Agartala to all his corrupt coterie including Rose Valley Chit Fund in exchange of unknown financial benefits. Otherwise a poor man cannot afford changing 4 times expensive dresses a day or cannot afford a Rs 30,000 eye-glass or having over 100 pairs of designer shoes purchased from Delhi's Connaught Place expensive showrooms during his 20 years long Chief Minister regime. Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath announced after Cabinet meeting that BJP Govt initiating bold step of seizing all Govt lands after a through investigation.

Manik Sarkar is a big fan of Kolkata based Musician Rashid Khan so he gifted a prime land near State Secretariat Building, gifted land to Rose Valley Chit Fund, next gifted prime land in Lichubagan to few Thieves so that CPI-M's boot-licking media prospers, also allocated them lakhs of fundings for Kishan Call Center, Skill Development Center. 

Apart from that, Manik Sarkar benefitted ILS Hospital by allotting prime land almost free, also gifted Rs 20 crores Govt money to ILS Hospital via GTP Healthcare.

Tripura Cabinet's decision to recover Govt lands from many of these CPI-M Party sponsorers raising the important question that whether Biplab Deb led BJP Govt will be 100% successful or not as CPI-M spies like Dilip Roy who is CPI-M spokesman Gautam Das's relative already managed to grab OSD post.

Manik Sarkar's corruption saga of gifting prime land to Rose Valley Chit Fund which is located next to Rabindra Bhavan, Agartala. 

Manik Sarkar also donated a prime chunk of Govt Land in Lichubagan to a known Thief who was arrestd in 1996 for theft & blackmailing various businessmen.

As the Chief Minister is new to Administration and so far failing to understand CPI-M's game plans for 'SHADOW-WAR' so all hope remains with seasoned Anti-Left Politicians like Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Minister Sudip Roy Barman to get lands seized.

BJP Govt all set to take stern action against illegally occupied lands of last 25 years. BJP Govt to recover illegally occupied lands which may cover various party offices, hospitals like ILS, Lichu Bagan located media cum Thieves illegal residence. In the 3rd cabinet meeting, it has been decided. 

Following the 3rd cabinet meeting, Minister Ratan Lal Nath had announced on March 29, “In last 25 years if Tripura Govt allocated land with 'lacuna' the it will be investigated. If any kind of favour is done to them or lacuna is found then in land allocation, actions will be taken”. Govt’s this announcement has started turmoil inside CPI-M’s beneficiaries already but the govt has started its paper works against such ill businessmen.
Recently in , during the Assembly Session Chief Minister Biplab Deb said, “ Tripura Govt will take actions against illegally occupied lands by political parties and public”.

“Any political party has built party offices on govt lands or illegally occupied govt properties,  strict actions will be taken against them. Not only CPI-M, but if BJP Party offices are built on illegal lands, then also actions will be taken against them”, said CM.

It may be recalled that before the election, Tripura Sudip Barman on November month at the BJP Office slammed the section of CPI-M's paid media who are trying to portray Manik Sarkar's image which is actually 'much' bigger portray of the CM's actual 'size'. Barman alleged against a section of media people for being the 'Direct Beneficiary' of the Tripura Govt, "much eager to hide the corruptions and to portray the  Chief Minister as honest, poor and wise, which he never deserved".

Targeting the section of Direct Beneficiary media, Barman said, "The beneficiaries are allocated with, govt land, various facilities in exchange. That section direct beneficiaries are building up Manik Sarkar's image of which he is not worthy.....I am acknowledge about the corruption,  but I am helping the corruption. I am helping the thieves to get the benefits". 

Barman’s allegation proven true when such media houses in exit poll gave horrible probable outcomes of the election-result, just to make the CPI-M’s happy.

"Such section of media are trying to suppress the truth, suppress the corruption  but still I am Honest ? The section of beneficiaries people who are very-busy to portray Mr. Manik Sarkar, much eager to portray his image are aiding, editing corruption in Tripura, but I  have to say that Chief Minister is honest", added Barman.

In CM’s Janata Durbar also similar land grabbing issues have been complained at the most, a source said.

TIWN has already mentioned in recent news that Tripura's illegally occupied lands  are not only under CPI-M party offices but in last 25 years of CPI-M’s era, media house was also build in govt lands advertising it with various fraud schemes led by frauds and thieves in journalists’ attires.
