During the meetings, Chief Secretary and other Secretaries will remain present with CM, so that they can note down the issues.

Addressing media, Chief Minister said, "We have introduced the direct system to overcome the corruptions in the system. Naturally it is seen, even though the system is made to reduce corruption and to work for the people, but the system itself is paralyzed by corrupted hands. The CM also cancelled to attend Deputy CM Jishnu Debbarma's oath taking programme to attend Janata's Durbar.

CM Biplab Deb also mentioned, "This is nothing new. PM Modi also used to do the same during his Chief Ministry, but in case of Tripura this system was not activated".
