AGARTALA, March 10 (TIWN): Tripura's former Chief Minister, Politburo member Manik Sarkar along with former Health Minister of Tripura Badal Choudhury, CPI-M leader Gautam Das today rushed to GB Hospital to meet the injured CPI-M activists.
CPI-M has alleged, in BJP led violence across Tripura, the admitted activists were injured.
Today CPI-M General Secretary Sitaram Yechury also visited various places of Tripura, where CPI-M has alleged violence.
On the other side, BJP has directly denied for their involvement in any kind of violence, rather they alleged CPI-M activists in BJP attires are attacking both CPI-M and BJP people.
BJP leader Subal Bhowmik has announced total 49 BJP activists have been injured, 17 hospitalized critically after the election result.
Today CPI-M has also denied to participate in Charilam constituency's election, alleging heavy violence ongoing in Charilam by BJP-IPFT activists.
