DHARMANAGAR, Feb 22 (TIWN): One 18 years boy named Nilkantha of class 12 (DNV) was allegedly attacked by more than 15 candidates of AVBP activists.

The issue was related to a facebook post, where Nilkantha shared his own view against RSS.

Nilkantha was fully against RSS's post and his protest led him to receive threats through social media.

Cunningly Nilkantha was summoned by the youths alone and taking that opportunity they beat him in the basket ball playground of Dharmanagar.

Along with Nikantha his friend Debojyoti was also standing with him but he was unable to save him as they were in gang.

They ABVP activists also allegedly used knife and sticks.

A case has been filed against 5 persons : Sayan Chakraborty, Digbijoy Roy, Abhijit Suklabadya, Dilip Roy, Ayan bhushan Nag and few unknown faces, whom police is trying to identify.
