AGARTALA, Feb 8 (TIWN): Assam Ex-CM who was unseated by BJP in the last election, today in a Congress rally said, “Anyhow we need to stop the BJP from coming in power. BJP can’t be trusted anymore but a corrupt party. First they occupied Delhi, then Assam but they must not enter Tripura”.

“BJP has made its place in Tripura as they are ruling at the Centre, but Congress shouldn’t give up”, said Gogoi.

“Congress will score well in the upcoming election”, claimed Gogoi while addressing in Congress's rally at Barjala for candidate Dipak Das. 

“The BJP is the most corrupt politically party that the country had ever seen,” Gogoi claimed. 

Tarun Gogoi is an Indian politician who served as the Chief Minister of Assam from 2001 to 2016. He is a member of the Indian National Congress and led the party to a record three consecutive electoral victories in Assam.
