AGARTALA, Feb 3 (TIWN): With the arrival of Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh in state, Tripura BJP State Observer Sunil Deodhar slammed Chief Minister Manik Sarkar regarding his double politics with journalists murders.

"When Gauri Lankesh died, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar within 2 minutes demanded CBI probe, walked rally for her but when Sudip Datta Bhaumik like honest journalist was killed, Manik Sarkar remained silent", said Deodhar.

Deodhar was addressing in a rally at Barjala, which was organized with the arrival of Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.

BJP State President Biplab Deb while addressing in the rally said that the manifesto was made by CPI-M this time was actually not a manifesto but a demand-draft.

The party president also slammed the Govt for depriving the tribal population of Tripura.
