AGARTALA, Jan 27 (TIWN): Northeast Tripura is now under tight security as the crucial Assembly Election is just knocking the door.
Checking of vehicles are also going on in few parts and till election such security issues will be taken cared to avoid all kinds of untoward incident.
Security forces have been deployed in each corners of the state. Total 90 companies of forces are in action to safeguard the people here.
Assembly elections in Tripura will be conducted on February 18, while people in Meghalaya and Nagaland will be voting on February 27. Counting of votes in all the three states in the north-east is on March 3.
