DHARMANAGAR, Jan 26 (TIWN): In a critical accident 4 persons died on spot, 7 seriously injured at Dharmanagar’s Padmabil village today. Due to lack of Traffic Policing under Manik Sarkar's Administration, unruly Auto drivers running daily saga of overloaded trips under the nose of lameduck Police.All of the died persons are female. One 6 month’s baby and another 12 month’s baby were saved and hospitalized. The accident took place after a Bolero car collied with a heavy passenger loaded auto. Both the drivers escaped from spot and now in hiding.Local people have alleged that even after informing the Fire Brigade for multiple times, Fire Brigade took long time to arrive.It took over 2 hours for Police to reach the spot as poll bound Tripura's Police force turned lazy excusing for Election duties.Even after reaching on spot also, Police were standing 30 ft away from the incident. Question raised, is it police’s duty ?

Moreover,the drivers have been sympathising for being ruling party CPI-M backed Union members, but overloading of passengers were always complained but Traffic Police and District Administration didn’t take any action resulted 7 passengers loaded Auto's critical accident.
