AGARTALA, Jan 24 (TIWN Exclusive): Ruling CPI-M's mass lootery in the name of party funds has triggered resentments among the common men, govt employees. The rigging of Melarmath has been increased, when after complaining the Election Commission too, nothing happened to CPI-M. Earlier, Rs. 43 crores scam of CPI-M which was exposed by opposition BJP with the calculation of Rs. 3000 was taken from 1.5 lakhs of state govt employees, but in reality CPI-M's scam has surpassed the imaginations, calculations of the rival BJP too. Rs.3000 was the minimum demand, but the people who are closed to CPI-M had to give Rs. 10000 each, which is sometimes beyond their salaries too. Complaints came even from comrade-employees too that since December month at least Rs. 10,000 was taken from many state govt employees which has created mass angers and crisis situation among TGEA employees too. Not a single but multiple complaints raised by the govt employees from various parts departments, working under 4th pay commission of the CPI-M Govt.

Here the readers can see Ramendra Debbarma's name is in the receipt copy who is new candidate of CPI-M from Takarjala. In similar way there are more names in the accused comrades list.

The party members under Chief Minister Manik Sarkar aren't stop there but CPI-M's donation collection per home are ranging from Rs. 200 to Rs. 500, sometimes at Rs. 1000 are going without any pause. Even though already the Govt employees have given the 'chanda' at a big scale, again CPI-M local leaders are collecting some more from home to home.

Such Collections apart from major level, it goes per month at micro level as DYFI 10 rupees, SFI 5 rupees and Nari-Samiti donations like that. In this condition in 60 constituencies, there are around Rs. 2 crores of spendings are being done by the CPI-M per Assembly Election.

Recently after the Rs. 3000's scam was Exposed, in a press meet, Tripura BJP chaired by State Observer Sunil Deodhar, State President Biplab Deb and Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma raised question, "Before collecting the fund, have you taken permission from the Election Commission ? When State Govt employees are deprived of 7th Pay Commission, each of the Govt Employees are bound to pay Rs. 3000 to the CPI-M which in total comes out as Rs. 45 crores from 1.5 lakhs of State Govt employees".

In reply CPI-M said, "We took donation from employees, not from corporates".
