AGARTALA, Jan 23 (TIWN): “Manik Sarkar : Real and the Virtual” book was released today in Constitution Club of Delhi by BJP National leaders as Ram Madhav, Sambit Patra, Meenakshi Lekhi, Sunil Deodhar and others. The writer of the book is Dinesh Kanji who stayed in Tripura for long to write the book.

While addressing the Constitution Club, Tripura BJP Observer Sunil Deodhar said, “At the beginning I wasn’t used to say anything against Manik Sarkar, as I was trying to believe the illusion created about Manik Sarkar’s image inside and outside Tripura. But as soon as I started visiting various rural areas, slowly I recognized how the Left Govt has fooling the mass with Manik Sarkar’s virtual image. Then I decided that to break the kingdom of CPI-M, it’s necessary to expose Manik Sarkar’s actual face behind the mask”, Sunil Deodhar said.

“Public are bound with Manik Sarkar’s wise image’s illusion. Whatever they want to write or report on Manik Sarkar they write without checking  the reality. Such people talk on Manik Sarkar who never visited Tripura. I can challenge only Dinesh Kanji was the first writer who before writing visited and stayed Tripura, experienced the reality”, said Deodhar.

“When anybody delivers speech on Northeast, s/he talks on Assam, Mizroram,Arunchal but nobody takes Tripura’s name. Tripura is so much neglected and the negligence was blueprinted by cunning Chief Minister Manik Sarkar”, added Deodhar.

Hitting upon CPI-M’s poor-people’s leadership policy’s claim, the BJP leader said that the left party leaders didn’t allow the Harijans to sit with them, even though for total 35 years the CPI-M has ruled over the state.

Deodhar also hit the CPI-M Govt for fake voter issue, scams, crime against women and employees deprivations.

“If anybody goes to CM Manik Sarkar with certain demands the 1st thing he tells them is 1) what happened, is bad, 2) You must had come much earlier to me………. Just a total NISHKARMA and NIKAMMA Chief Minister”, said Deodhar.

Sunil Deodhar also raised question against Manik Sarkar’s double standard politics, saying, in case of Gauri  Lankesh, Manik Sarkar walked rally but for his own state’s two journalists Sudip Datta Bhaumik and Santanu Bhaumik, the Chief Minister had no time to spare.
