AGARTALA, Jan 22 (TIWN): When BJP has announced about a joint statement of BJP and IPFT would be brought before media saying that IPFT's alliance with BJP will solely talk on only-on socio-economic development, IPFT Chief N C Debbarma is keeping on telling media that apart from the alliance the high-powered committee at Centre was made after Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had given a green signal to the Tipraland. On the other side, when media asked BJP leader Himanta Biswa Sarma he was seen to reply 'such questions/talks only can be raise by CPI-Ms'. But, Congress asked BJP and IPFT to sit in a joint press conference, even though Congress is also doing same by aligning with IPFT (led by Radhacharan Debbarma) and INPT like parties.

There is another regional party named Amra-Bangali, which lacked support since CPI-M came in power and in this election also Amra-Bangali party has very less value.

Congress President Birjait Sinha when was asked on this issue, Sinha has brought allegation against both N C Debbaram and Biplab Deb for fooling Tribal and Bengali people of the state.

"Both of the parties should sit in a same dais and clear before public what was the talk held among Central Ministers  and IPFT leaders", added Sinha.

"It has been seen that Central Ministers are saying something and after coming IPFT leaders are saying different. So, if Tipraland issue was not raised by IPFT before Rajnath Singh and nothing has been promised about separate state by BJP, then BJP must sit with NC Debbarama before public and jointly clear their stands as it's not just about election, but lakhs of sentiments are carrying with 'divided' and 'undivided' Tripura.

Noteworthy, Biplab Deb today clearly said, “If NC Debbarma has said that Central Govt supported Tipraland, it’s false. With Rajnath Singh and PM Modi there was no talk about Tipraland at. It was totally based on socio-economic development".
