Ahmedabad, July 16 : Following its triumph in the 2022 Gujarat Assembly elections and recognising significance of the state as a stepping stone towards its larger goals, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), wasting no time, is convening flurry of meetings at party's state headquarters eyeing landslide victory in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
With ambitions running high, the saffron party has set a target of winning over 400 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, a significant increase from their victory in 2019 with 303 seats.
To achieve this feat, various BJP-linked groups such as the Mahila Morcha, Kisan Morcha, and Minority Morcha have been entrusted with the responsibility of reaching out to voters across the nation. In Gujarat, the leader spearheading the charge is state BJP chief C. R. Patil, who played a pivotal role in the party's victory in the 2022 Gujarat elections. Patil has set an audacious goal, aiming to secure victory in all 26 Lok Sabha seats in the state with a substantial margin of five lakh votes each.
