GOC 15 corps visits family of slain SPO, brother in J&K's Budgam

Srinagar, March 30 (TIWN) Lt General D.P.Pandey, GOC of Srinagar headquartered Army's 15 corps, on Wednesday visited the family of the slain SPO and his brother in J&K's Budgam district to offer condolences.
Lt General, Pandey went to the Chatabugh village of Budgam to express condolences to the bereaved family of SPO Ishfaq Ahmad and his brother, Umar Jaan who were killed by the militants on March 27. The GOC was accompanied by senior Army and police officers during his visit to the village. Lt General Pandey told the bereaved family that both the brothers were young and brave. He asserted that the killers would soon be brought to justice.
