AGARTALA, Jan 14 (TIWN): In the row of increasing theft cases in Agartala, a jewellery shop has been looted at Ramnagar 3.

Today morning a jewellery shop was looted at Ramnagar 3, thieves’ looted gold including silver ornaments estimated Rs 1.5 lakhs. Noticing the broken shop’s shutter, other local shopkeepers informed the jewellery shopkeeper, Bishnupada Banik. He rushed to the spot and was devastated after the thieves incident.

Although the police dept has claimed about curbing crimes but ground reality shows a different scenario. Robbery theft cases are at highest peak. Police could not trace the main ringleader connected to these thieves’ incident.
