New Delhi, Nov 18 (TIWN) The Delhi High Court on Wednesday dismissed an appeal filed by Ashok Arora against a single-Judge order to deny a stay on his suspension as Supreme Court Bar Association Secretary.
The Court was dealing with Arora's appeal against the order passed by a Single Judge Bench of Justice Mukta Gupta in the suit preferred by Ashok Arora against his ouster. The Single Judge had opined that Arora had failed to make out any prima facie case in his favour for grant of injunction against his removal.
