Kolkata, Sep 2 (TIWN) Expressing her deep anguish, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking the Centre to pay the GST dues to the state governments.

She said the concerns raised by Modi himself, during his stint as Gujarat CM, as well as former finance minister Arun Jaitley while he was in the opposition, are now becoming a reality.
