Maharashtra minister detained in UP

Azamgarh, Aug 20 (TIWN) Maharashtra Minister Nitin Raut was detained by the Uttar Pradesh Police at the border of Azamgarh district on Thursday while he was on his way to join a Congress delegation.
Raut who is also the Energy Minister and National President of Dalit Congress was first stopped by the police and detained in Gaura-Badshahpur before Azamgarh while he was heading to Bansgaon.
