New Delhi, Nov 12 (TIWN) : The Shiv Sena on Tuesday moved the Supreme Court against the Maharashtra Governor's decision not to extend the 24-hour time period given to the party to show its majority in order to form the government.

The apex court registry is yet to get a nod from the CJI on listing the matter.  Shiv Sena has said that the Governor has acted in a high handed manner and denied extra time for government formation.
