Delhi courts stay shut as protesting lawyers skip work

New Delhi, Nov 4 (TIWN) A day after the Delhi High Court directed judicial enquiry into the Tis Hazari incident, functioning of the judiciary remained stalled as lawyers abstained across district courts in the national capital.
The full bench, comprising Chief Justice Krishan Murari, Justice Rajiv Sharma and Justice R K Jain, however, orally conveyed to the office-bearers of the HCBA that if lawyers would not change their present manner of strike by sitting on the main entry gate and using loudspeakers, the court would get it changed with the help of the UT administration.
