AGARTALA, Oct 30 (TIWN): Tripura Police today by force took out former PWD Minister Badal Choudhury from ILS hospital, forced his discharge order whereas Badal Choudhury was not even given time to change his dress and in ILS dress he was brought in the Police station, but while bringing, Badal Choudhury and his wife were beaten and manhandled.

The torture of didn’t end after he was brought in the police station but with evidence and video footage it was clearly seen how he was being tortured by Police led by West PS OC-Subrata Chakraborty and stretched him inside the lock-up.

Immediately his health downed further and doctors were called, whereas Doctors immediately sent him in GB hospital where he is kept in ICU.

His condition is critical and kept under constant doctor’s observation. Due to torture of Police, he has undergone another stroke, said by advocates of Badal Choudhury. CPI-M has launched protest condemning this barbaric attack on heartattack patient Badal Choudhury.
