SC reserves order on Tarun Tejpal's plea

New Delhi, Aug 6 (TIWN) The Supreme Court on Tuesday reserved its order on journalist Tarun Tejpal plea seeking to set aside the charges of sexual assault framed against him by a trial court.
A three-judge bench headed by Justice Arun Mishra and comprising Justices MR Shah and BR Gavai reserved its order on framing of charges against the veteran journalist. Tejpal was arrested on November 30 in 2013 on accusations of sexually assaulting a female colleague.
