Chennai, Jan 23 (TIWN) Well known director Selvaraghavan, who is also the brother of actor Dhanush, on Sunday announced that he has tested positive for Covid-19.

According to reports, a new update from the movie makers has surfaced on the internet and it is said that the movie will be directly released on OTT and will skip theatrical release. The movie ‘Saani Kaayidham’ will be released in April this year and the buzz is that a famous OTT platform has bought the rights for premiering the movie reportedly. But, an official confirmation from the movie makers is yet to be made. Following the release of ‘Saani Kaayidham’, Arun Matheswaran next will be with actor Dhanush and this was officially announced in December 2021 by the actor on his twitter handle. Meanwhile, Selvaraghavan will be making his acting debut with ‘Saani Kaayidham’. He also acted in an important role in Vijay’s 'Beast' which will also be released in April 2022.
