Los Angeles, Oct 22 (TIWN) Star couple Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have won the CMT Award for Best Collaborative Video, for their duet song Nobody but you.

"What is happening with my life?" Stefani asked. "I told Gwen when I saw who the other nominees were in our category, I was like, `That would`ve been cool, but I don`t know what our chance of beating Justin Bieber are,`" Shelton said. "But here we are." Shelton then thanked fans for voting.
