May 17 (TIWN): Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their fourth child via surrogate last week, with Kim taking to Twitter to share, "He’s here and he’s perfect! He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.

The couple are yet to share many details about their second son, the youngest sibling to North West, who is now 5, Saint West, 3, and Chicago West, 1. But fans think Saint may have just hinted at his little brother's name in Kim's latest Instagram.

In the video, Saint is holding up a cardboard cutout mask of his Uncle Rob Kardashian's face, pretending to be him. He says to Kim, "I'm Uncle Robbie, what's your name?" Kim plays along, asking, "What?" Saint then giggles hysterically and reveals himself, in the cutest video of all time.
