AGARTALA / BENGALORE, Jan 17 (TIWN): When BJP is exposing Manik Sarkar's decade-long scams, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has once again received the best Chief Minister award ahead of Assembly Election-2018. The award was given by Bangalore based one social organization, but not from any govt dept.

Even after the murders of two state journalists Santanu Bhaumik and Sudip Datta Bhaumik, BSF officer Dipak Mandal's killing by smugglers and everyday rapes and murders, Chit Fund scams, Manik Sarkar is being awarded by Karataka intellectuals.

However, this award was given for his achievements for proper implementation of various schemes amidst massive RD and PMAY scams.

Tripura is being recently suffered by various recruitment scams, jolts from the Supreme Court due to wrong illegal recruitments. Moreover, state is suffered due to 8 lakhs of unemployed youths-but Karat was silent about those issues. 

 Tripura is holding the topmost position with 197 unemployed youths per 1000. Sikkim is second with 181, whereas again left front ruled Kerala is 125. Even Arunachal Assam, Mizoram Manipur are ranking at the much bottom lines of the list proving the Chief Minister of Tripura Manik Sarkar is nothing but an utter failed Chief Minister of India, although Left party has announced Manik Sarkar is the CM candidate in Tripura.
