DHARMANAGAR, Oct 16 (TIWN): Dharmanagar PS has become almost a zoo after the camel was recovered on Sunday evening, Mass gathering has been continued at Dharmanagar Police Station to see the recovered camel which has been found from a vehicle by locals at Dharmanagar.

Thousands of people crowded at Dharmangar Police Station to take the glimpses of the camel since yesterday night.

Ajijur Rahman was arrested with the camel who was coming from Assam’s Nilambazar towards Kailashahar.

Tension has gripped the locals as such incidents must have been continued since years. However, lately but 2 culprits have been caught and handed over to police.

But the accused said that he brought the camel to adopt it as domestic animal and has no intention of smuggling.

But the main source of smuggling begins from Northeast after they buy them from Rajastan.
