AGARTALA, Aug 16 (TIWN): Members of Promise Social & Cultural Welfare Foundation , have celebrated Independence day in a different fervor.
To mark the Independence day, the members of the mentioned team rushed from homes in the morning and offered foods to street children and the flood affected people across Agartala.
Then they offered a little break-fast items ( 3 pieces of breads, 1 boiled egg and 1 banana to each person ) along with national flags to them.
The helpless people and those kids were really happy to have the members of team promise with them to celebrate the Independence day . 3/4 kids together sang the national anthem along with the members , holding our national flags in their hands. ​
Sabyasachi Bhaumick, the Director & Founder of Promise Social & Cultural Welfare Foundation said, "It is a small approach with a little capability but proud of the moments".
Promise Social & Cultural Welfare Foundation is a self-motivated and self -financed NGO, registered by MCA, Govt. of India , under Section 8 , Non - Profit Organization. Though it is registered a few days ago, but it started it`s journey on the 25th of June, 2015 , in Agartala, the capital city of Tripura. From last two years, the said organization have been working consistently in a cooperation with Naba Prantik Orphanage home to provide free extra curriculum education ( singing, dance , painting, recitation and computer ) to its 65 kids.
