AGARTALA, June 27 (TIWN): With the CBI's notice came for Tripura Minister Bijita Nath, immediately Manik Sarkar has replaced the SIT officer K V Sreejesh with a mysterious reason.

But the scam here is : Whereas for SIT atleast IG level officer is needed to lead, CM has set DIGP Uttam Kumar Majumder, that is a fully violation of guidelines.

Moreover, opposition Trinamool has alleged that Uttam Kumar Majumder is closed to CM Manik Sarkar.

It's noteworthy, as per Assembly data under K V Sreejesh's SIT observation it was said 'SIT will not interfere in Rose Valley as CBI is already doing'.

However, when finally CBI came, then what happened that Sarkar has taken another major decision by violating codes and conducts and replacing IG and  appointed one DIGP, question raised.
