KAMALPUR, June 18 (TIWN): In the sensational Bijoy Deb murder case in lock up of kamalpur Police station, the DM and Collector of Dhalai heard and recorded the statements of different parties related to the case. The matter was earlier notified by the DM on 13th June last.

Accordingly, the DM Dhalai, Sandip R. Rathore camped at Revenue Dakbunglow Kamalpur yesterday. He stayed there till evening and recorded the statements of different people.

 Meanwhile, a source close to the incident claimed on the condition of anonymity that, the post mortem report of Bijoy would gift police with a big sigh of relief. The doctors claimed in the report that, Bijoy died because of heart blockage.

However, the course of incident clearly indicating to assume the same fate that occurred in the time of Benu Shuklabaidya of Manikbhander.

It is noteworthy that, on 5^th June last police arrested Bijoy Deb from his residence at Noagaon around 10 pm and he died in the lock-up around 12 night.

Later the incident gripped much hurly–burly and the government ordered for magisterial and CID investigation.
