AGARTALA, March 26 (TIWN): A businessman in Amarpur area booked a white Wagon-R vehicle from Amarpur to Agartala to collect goods for his business.

When the businessman got out of the vehicle to buy Drinking water Bottle, the driver named Bimal Das of Banduar area escaped from the spot with Rs 1 lakh leaving the businessman behind.

After a long search, the businessman couldn’t trace him and later the incident briefed in detail before the media.

The Wagon-R vehicle Register Number is TR07T0347.  

It has been reported that Wagon-R vehicle driver Bimal Das has been staying in Amarpur area for the past 3- 4 years.
