AGARTALA, March 11 (TIWN): In a heartbreaking news, it has been known that a little boy has died as his parents could not bear his medical expenditure.

He is a child of 10323 teacher Uttam Chandra Saha. 

"Extremely sad to inform you all regarding the sad demise of Uttam Chandra Saha's  Son, he is learned to have expired early this morning as family could not afford for further better treatment due to job termination. All our prayers for the departed soul", announced JMC.

BJP before election had promised 10323 teachers to make them permanent but after victory, it has forgotten its promise.
