AGARTALA, Feb 15 (TIWN): Mental torture is no less than physical torture. A 26 years old housewife who had undergone severe mental pressure by her husband without any reason at last after many years of suffering has ended her life by consuming deadly-poison. She consumed a very dangerous poison, caused severe internal infections, giving her a painful death.

After suffering  extremely due to internal infections for many days in hospital, she died yesterday night at GB hospital.

Victim's mother said that her husband did not trust her and blamed her for illegal relations with other men. But he had no evidence behind such allegations. He was so possessive that he was not allowed to go to her parental home.

At last leaving 3 children behind, she had consumed poison and ended her life.

The victim has been identified as Soma Shil, W/O-Sujit Shil. Victim's mother said, they want to file a case against their son in law but they will think twice as they have three grand-children.
