AGARTALA, June 18 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb met Union Family & Welfare Dept Minister Harsh Vardhan at New Delhi on yesterday.

In last 3 days CM has met various department’s Ministers including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.

His visit was centered to attend the 5th NITI Aayog meeting on June 16.

After meeting Minister Harsh Vardhan, CM said, “Had a thorough discussion with him to improve and reform the overall health sector of Tripura. Harshvardhan ji has given assurance that he will give special care to revive the health and medical sector of Tripura”.

Harsh Vardhan is the incumbent minister at Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Earth Sciences in the BJP-led NDA government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He represents Chandni Chowk in Delhi as a Member of Parliament in the 17th Lok Sabha.
