AGARTALA, June 9 (TIWN): Govt of Tripura has taken up various developmental projects in hands soon after the election.
An official source said, there was huge disruptions almost pause in the project works due to the Election season, however, now resumed as the major election of India has met an end.
Chief Minister Biplab Deb who recently called for peace in the state Tripura addressing unbiased even to his own party workers to stop violence, on yesterday met Sanjeev Ranjan, the former Chief Secretary of Tripura and now Roadway Transport and Highway project’s top bureaucrat.
The road expansion works will be completed soon on the national highway and discussion was done between CM Biplab Deb and Sanjeev Ranjan in this regard.
Govt is also moving ahead to buy food grains from the farmers to double their incomes at MSP and announced comfortable rationing of commodities.
Tourism is the dept into which the Govt will be focusing in the coming days to boost tourism industry and offered loan relaxations for the interested people which likely to help the Govt as well as the unemployed youths to be employed.
