UDAIPUR, March 28 (TIWN): In a clash, 2 persons were injured at Maharani Hirapur today.

The clash emerged among Mainuddin Mia Sarkar, Nepal Debnath, Pradip Debnath regarding tamarind plucking from a tree.

In that clash Mainuddin Mia Sarkar hit Nepal Debnath, Pradip Debnath with knife.

Both of the injured persons were hospitalized. Following the incident local people had gheraoed police station for hours, even though police has arrested Mainuddin Mia immediately.

Already the incident has received a political colour as BJP has claimed both the injured persons are BJP, whereas Mainuddin Mia Sarkar is CPI-M.
