AGARTALA, March 26 (TIWN): Tripura BJP Minister Ratan Lal Nath today has hit the former Chief Minister of Tripura Manik Sarkar alleging only Manik Sarkar is the chief route of all violence happened in the state since decades under the long communist regime.
“In the 25 years crime against women, unemployment, lawlessness, violence, murder went on increasing and for that only one person who acted as a Dritarastra is responsible”, Nath said.
Ratan Lal Nath opened cuttings of daily newspaper from his file since 1993 and read how since 1993 murders, violence took place led by the Communists after the each election.
“If CPI-M had come in power then Tripura would had seen dead bodies and violence everywhere ! But this is the first assembly election which didn’t kill a single person after the result. I thank the people of Tripura from the core of my heart”, he said.
“For whom you kept the ammunitions inside the party offices ?? Recently recovered arms from CITU office is the example of it”, he said.
