AGARTALA, March 25 (TIWN): Tripura's Agriculture Minister Pranajit Singha Roy said on Sunday, "Tripura Govt is focusing to rebuilt the lost agriculture-productions of state, which was one of the major resource here".
"Without agriculture, the economic roadmap can't develop. The Agriculture Dept employees should reach the farmers rather than farmers should try to reach them", Roy said.
"Jampui hill's orange production has been downed, but what's the reason behind it, must be found and solved", he said.
"Tripura Govt has already taken initiative to promote pineapples of the state at national level. We need Govt employees help to improve our production level", he added.
"We are taking care of Govt employees salaries and thus they must fulfill their given jobs", the Minister said.
