AGARTALA, March 21 (TIWN): Finally, under the new govt a ray of hope has been emerged among the veterinary students as the Minister of Animal Resource Development Santana Chakma has made her maiden entry in the College.
Since years, the College students as well as passed out students are suffering from two major problems : 1) Poor internship allowance, 3) Passed out students deprived of registration numbers.
On yesterday, Minister Santana Chakma and Speaker Ratan Chakroborty visited the Veterinary proggram for the purpose of Opening day ceremony proggram of College Sports Week 2018 at College of Veterinary Sciences at RK Nagar , Agartala.
After opening speech, she visited the college campus and during the time some of Internee student, Professors and other faculties were present at there and described the problems like Parmanent Registration Number of college , very less Internship allowance and Reservation of PH etc.
The Minister said, she will look into the matter. Now students are waiting for their basic needs to be fulfilled as without registration number the degrees become useless.
