AGARTALA, March 3 (TIWN): BJP is ahead in maximum constituencies after the 1st round of counting. At Simna, BJP is leading with maximum votes than CPI-M. At Mohonpur also Ratan Lal Nath is ahead. CPI-M is behind BJP both in Khayerpur and Badharghat constituencies. The candidate of CPI-M at Khayerpur is Pabitra Kar, whereas BJP candidate is Ratan Chakraborty. The Khayerpur outcome was totally unexpected. At Badharghat sitting MLA Dilip Sarkar is leading, whereas CPI-M candidate Jharna Das is behind.In Ramnagar, Ambassa also BJP is ahead. Kalyanpur-BJP candidate Pinkai Das Chowdhury is ahead with 1700 votes, Teliamura— BJP candidate Kalyani Roy is ahead with 1000 votes.
At Krishnapur—CPI-M candidate Lt. Khagendra Jamatia is ahead with 200 votes, Bagma ---BJP candidate Rampada Jamatia is ahead, Ramia Valley—CPI-M candidate Lalit Mohon Tripura is ahead, Bishalgarh--CPI-M candidate Bhanulal Saha is ahead.
