AGARTALA, June 19 (TIWN): CPI-M's decades of deprivation kept Tripura backward in spite of Central Govt's funding as per 7th pay commission recommendations. Assam Govt already recruited 20,000 teachers in last 1 year and paying them as per 7th pay commission. Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said that in the last year above 20,000 teachers were recruited in Assam. Why political change is necessary to save Tripura from communist cancer ? In spite of poor performance why people in Tripura are considering BJP as a better party even though they know no party can satisfy the people 100 % ever, but the need for "change" is very much necessary which led Manik Govt to give the 37 % DA even though in the name of Pay review.

The pressure on Govt with poll tension led them to work for welfare and a fresh political change bring many changes in state, that was witnessed with the changing scenario of Calcutta and generation of employment under Mamata Banerjee's Era.

For example when comparison of development comes it's the neighboring state Assam which has not only implemented 7th pay commission, but also employed many including above 2000 teachers fresh recruitment in the state..

But here in Tripura with Supreme Court's order recently 14,000 vacant posts were announced when 10,323 teachers lost their jobs due to recruitment scandal done by Tripura Govt in last few years.

Assam belongs to the same zone from where Tripura is. Both are encircled by Bangladesh borders. But what Gogoi could not do in 2 decades, Sonowal did it in 1 year and there lies the power of political change.

Raising issue of Tripura's unemployment toll and lack of source of income, Assama Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal in his 2 day long visit on the 1se week of June in Tripura said that Tripura is lagging behind only because of the ruling govt's bad governance. Boosting BJP Sonowal said, "Whereas BJP ruled states are now seeing enormous growth and development, state Assam is witnessing tremendous changes beating all the challenges it faced in Congress Era". "We invested 6,500 crores in Assam last year, 40,000 unemployed youths got jobs. Only in schools above 20,000 teachers had been recruited and GDP has increased 21.6 %", Sonowal added. Asking by media whether Assam Govt worries about Assam-Tripura National Highways or not, Sonowal replied, "Ofcourse !".

About Tripura Sonowal said, "Tripura is the very beautiful state. But the Govt has to understand its possibilities and potentialities. Govt's basic aim should development".

"PM Modi himself has expressed concerns about Tripura's development and ofcourse Tripura can be a model state. It has much possibilities to be a tourist hub", said Sonowal.

"Like Assam and other BJP states, Tripura Govt Employees will get 7th Pay Commission with the first cabinet meeting after BJP Govt comes", Sonowal added.
