AGARTALA, May 25 (TIWN): Tripura Assembly witnessed an world war like situation on the ending day led Sudip Barman to get serious injuries when he lost temper after CMPI-M called Trinamools as "Goondas". CPI-M's statement was accepted as a 'condemnation' by the speaker which was protested by all the oppositions and during the verbal fight a bench fall on his leg, but such hustle-bustle situation was going on across the assembly session centering Chief Minister's absence in the Assembly. The 3 day long Assembly began on Tuesday but on Thursday before the ending day (Day-3) started, a protest was held infront of Secretariat regarding Anuara's murder case led by Trinamool Chatra Parishad members. Lack of enough police force led the situation more critical when the activists blocked CM's vehicle at Lichubagan area. But the Chief Minister moved his vehicle and returned his residence after witnessing the situation is tempered.

"The goondas are unruly at West Bengal as well as in Tripura", said Badal Choudhury, Speaker Pabitra Kar also accepted the condemnation proposal of CPI-M saying Trinamool's protest was really a dirty activity.

But immediately a roar of protest began in the Assembly by the opposition leaders asking, 'Why outside question is being pointing here'? Question also raised, if it is goondaraj then why victims do not get justice here ? Question also raised, 'Why CM escaped from there?'

With all these a chaos like situation hit the Assembly and immediately MLAs were stopped from open fighting by Secretariat security officials.

However, what the speaker didn't mention was that CPI-M also conducted various goondamis in its 24 years regime & an easy example can be sited from 2015 (Sep-5) when it hit the Justice at Sabroom Sourav Das, which was condemned by the then Chief Justice Dipak Gupta saying, "Attack on judges are dangerous for democracy". Apart from that calling Supreme Court as RSS backed is a common talk of CPI-M now a days.
