AGARTALA, Jan 29 (TIWN): CPI-M’s last baston Tripura reeling under massive unemployment over 7 lakhs youths, failed economy, mass suffering from every major hospital to primary care centres, dilapidated education system, Manik Sarkar Govt’s involvement on multicrore corruptions. CPI-M already eroded it bases in West Bengal and Kerala as the most failed party due to its economic policy led by all corrupt Ministers, leaders and members. When PM Modi took attempt to revitalize the economy and to convert every transactions into much more transparent mode to block black money flow by party leaders from CPI-M, TMC, AAP. On Sunday, Tripura CPI-M cadres under the monkey masks continued 5 day long protest which began from January 27. On Sunday CPI-M mocked at Modi’s cashless policy displaying ‘Human Monkeys’ begging with plates for money to symbolize how cashless situation has created crisis in State. Whereas from ATM Rs. 4000/- rupees per day can be easily transacted, but yet CPI-M dramas has no endings.

By mocking Modi Govt’s cashless initiatives CPI-M once again proved that it’s a party funded by black money which mostly sourced from Chit-Fund companies, thousands of crores Central Funds embezzlements.

Same CPI-M protested nationwide when SBI (State Bank of India) was computerized  by Congress led Central Govt in 1980s.

CPI-M’s propaganda patterns indicates that communist party’s goal is to generate mass poverty by huge unemployments so that regular supply of cadres at cheap price can continue.

Under CPI-M Era MGNREGA Social Audit Unit found for having no bank account, which shows what the Panchayat-Raj was doing with the “Cash-system” till day. Even Mamata Banerjee at West Bengal has cooled down and accepted the cashless move almost, but CPI-M’s drama has no end.

Modi Govt already declared that how the cashless transactions will diminish the corruption in the state.

There are various types of corruption: 1. Bribe, 2. Counterfeit Currency, 3. And other type of corruptions

1.     In India on road bribe in one year is about 2,200,000 million INR. It is the small part of corruption. There are many type of laws to reduce it. But government and system fails to stop it. There are many places of bribe, police station is on the top of them.

2.     Corruption is only possible due to low class banking system and cash economy. In India 98% of corruption exist only for due to cash system, says a data. This is the main advantage of cash that cash is not traceable. Cash also is not accountable. Cash cannot controlled by government. Cash can used easily in everywhere of country.

3.     E-transactions are safe, low time consuming and transparent. Government can easily trace overflow of money like corruption money or black money in someone's account. Government easily find out to the black money.

A source said that in coming days, all transactions above a certain amount cannot be made in cash. Instead, they must be made using debit cards, credit cards, checks, or bank transfers. This means that any large transaction can be traced. Further, large cash withdrawals or deposits should be disallowed. This means that one cannot draw large amounts of cash to make a dodgy transaction.

Recently in a workshop held on cashless economy Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy said, “In 1980’s time, when India adopted computers, the West Bengal CPI-M Govt denied to accept it alleging that it will increase unemployment. However, the result was just the opposite as it was seen that the states which adopted the methodology they experienced massive economic growth after that. But at the same time West Bengal economy just fall down and the loss the people are facing till day”. “Now the West Bengal Govt crying for updated machineries and but nobody cares. In the same way the state leaders should utilize a move in proper time before the time out”, Roy added. “The seminar on Digitalization and cashless-transaction is very much important as we are talking about a revolution”.

Talking on the background of the cashless economy CM Manik Sarkar said, “Communists economic policy is not like them, but unfortunately, nobody followed our policy”. “India has only 5 % black money, which would not be more than 1 lakh crore. So why much pain with this 1 lakh  crore? Prime Minister sought 50 days, Finance Minister sought 6 months… and now you are moving for ‘cashless’..? but where is black money?”, Sarkar said. “As per RBI record a week back 84 % has been deposited but what about circulation of the deposited money? Corruption, taxation all these terms are using to hold money in banks, but all are old notes? Banks are actually the den of corruption and via banks all the corruptions are happening.”, said Sarkar.
