AGARTALA, July 29 (TIWN): At last Manik Sarkar’s peace-lover cabinet members received a major jolt on Friday, when opposition party blocked Ministers’ vehicles to enter inside Civil Secretariat amidst rain. Following the fuel crisis protest held by angry mass at Durga Bari road in early-morning and also in Old Agartala, the Trinamool Congress hit Civil Secretariat at 10 am and entered inside the Secretariat to block the Ministers' vehicles. West DM Millind Ramteke, SP West along with other Govt. officials, police rushed to Secretariat and tried to control the mass-anger. Opposition supporters asked DM and Police SP, “Whether the whole state is suffering from Fuel crisis, why the Ministers would remain unaffected?” “Why they will not share the common people pains ?”, they added. In this regard it’s worthy to mention here that Trinamool is also blaming the ruling govt. for this ongoing fuel crisis. They said, “just to flop the massive campaigns organized by Trinamool, the crisis has been created”.

“This is a fully plan-wise crisis created in Tripura created by the Communist Govt. to halt TMC’s political campaign as Mamata Banarjee is arriving in August 9. After 9th August no crisis will be there”, protesters added.

Ahead of Mamata Banarjee’s arrival CPI-M is willingly creating the crisis, alleged TMC. Even in a press meet held at Trinamool Bhawan on Thursday, TMC President Ratan Chakraborty expressed concern about the ongoing fuel crisis which may halt the political campaigning before the arrival of Mamata Banerjee on 9th August.

On Friday itself people hit Agartala Durga Bari road when the petrol pump dealers announced that there is no more fuel in BOC. The public reportedly waited from midnight in petrol rows, but in the morning all the patience of the public was broken down when they heard that fuel is no more in petrol pumps.

The angry people burnt tires infront of Durga Bari Petrol Pump, stopped vehicle movement. They also blasted police, when they came to control the situation. Agartala SDM, R K Noatia came on the spot at 8.45, almost 2 hours after the problem had started.

Public claimed that it is only Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar who is responsible for all the miseries of public. Public also blasted the police and called them by CPI-M’s psychopath. Angry mass also didn’t allow police to take control of the situation.

The unrest condition also hit Old Agartala area. Agitated mass blocked road in Khayerpur (Old Agartala) and asking the Govt., the reason behind NH-44’s pathetic condition. The ongoing fuel crisis is due to the massive fuel looting at North Tripura by smugglers and NH-44’s ongoing pathetic condition.

Thus along with Political Parties, Tripura's common people, have also started revolting against CPI-M’s corruption, loose Governance which may affect CPI-M’s vote banks in 2018. This fuel crisis is becoming a serious issue as public is getting fed up with Manik Sarkar’s Governance. Not only in Agartala in every places of Tripura the protest-voices  are  raising up.
