AGARTALA, April 28 (TIWN): After the astonishing growth in adoption of Smart phones, state Tripura reels under poor internet connection.

Nothing changed in Tripura’s scenario after March 23rd. The poor internet connectivity is as same as before disturbing common people’s lives here. From Bank, ATM to everywhere state is under the curse of poor internet.

The administration is not taking any initiative to sort out the problems. The BSNL subscribers have placed repeated complaints at the local BSNL departments across the state, but in vain.

This regular disruption in connection is an affect of the technical snag and causing serious communication problems.

The destitution in service is so vital that the numbers of telephone connectivity has marked a serious downfall.

Similar is the condition of the broadband internet connection. BSNL broadband users rued that they have to put up with poor connectivity and slow speed, particularly in rural areas. Customers said the service provider has been taking them for a ride in spite of repeated complaints

With its slow speed, the internet connectivity does not withstand for a span of 10 days in a month and still the customers are being charged for the entire month.
