AGARTALA, Dec 28 (TIWN): After a huge delay due to the recently held Municipal Election, opposition is finally set to file the case against the prime accused of the National Health Scam amounting Rs. 4.47 crore, said advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas on Monday. Talking to TIWN Correspondent, advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas said that the case will be filed in the first week of January of 2016. Earlier, advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas said that the accused are being released on bail. Besides, he also mentioned that PCC President Birajit Sinha is going to file a case within a week against the BDO of Gournagar, engineer and DM involved in the Rs. 4.47 crore NHM scam. He further said that the paper is almost complete and all the details against the corrupt officials are ready. Enhancing about the filing of the case he said that the case would have been filed soon but just because PCC president is little busy with other works it is delaying by few days. Earlier, Sinha expressing resentment over the scam under the Manik’s regime mentioned that the Left Front Government has been swallowing the money of public. However, the role of mum spectator played by the authority seems the alleged involvement of the concern authority in the day to day embezzlement.

However, on one hand where the ruling Government criticizes the Central Government and blames the Centre for not allotting any fund to state, on the other hand, crores of fund has been embezzled under the shed of ruling Government.

Despite of several complaints, the State Government remains mute over any kind of scam pr embezzlement on the State but never forgets to criticize the centre.

While attending the programmes, CM never gets tired to claim that the Left Front Government works for the common mass but allegation rises that huge embezzlement is witnessed in the Manik’s Golden Era.  

It is to be mentioned here that the documentation of the case was all set long back but due to the recently held Municipal election the attempt of filing case got delayed.

However, the case against the prime accused of the National Health Scam amounting Rs. 4.47 crore will be filed in the first week of January of the year 2016.
