AGARTALA, May 10 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Saturday told media there is nothing to worry much about Tripura as there are not many alarming factors in the state. CM said this as he was asked by journalists about his yesterday’s meeting with the defence forces at his residence amid ongoing India-Pak conflict.
Reacting to the external threat issue, CM said, “Nothing to be concerned about as Tripura is not facing that much. Threats might be there, but important is whether we are prepared or not. We are following the center’s guidelines and nothing to worry.”
“It was just a formal meeting,” CM said rubbishing media skepticism regarding yesterday’s meeting outcome, which CM had with various security forces.
