Agartala, Jan 29 (TIWN):All Tripura Commercial Natural Gas Consumer’s association has planned to file case in court against Tripura Natural Gas Company Limited (TNGCL) for justice. The decision was taken after the meeting held on Wednesday with MD of TNGCL failed.
Secretary of the organization Dilip Kumar Mazumder stated that due to short sightedness and negligence around 350 commercial consumers future are in stake. According to Dilip, TNGCL after getting notice from union petroleum ministry issued adjusted bills to the commercial consumer dating nine years back, which amounts lakhs of rupees. Even though all commercial consumers were payng bills regularly.
