AGARTALA, June 25 (TIWN): Though BJP immediately imposed Anti-Defection law under 10th Schedule of India against BJP Ex-MLA Asish Das after he joined Trinamool without resigning from BJP party, and accepted Sudip Barman, Asish Saha’s resignation letters depending on rigging-culture poll but so far IPFT, BJP failed to gain trust over the ADC voters. IPFT President cum Minister, N C Debbarma on Saturday clearly told media that IPFT has no intention to terminate Mebar Jamatia’s MLA post and also said, he thinks Mebar Jamatia will continue as IPFT Minister.

On being asked, why Brishketu Debbarma was not terminated although he joined Tipra Motha party from MLA post, Minister N C Debbarma said, IPFT already declared statement against Brishketu Debbarma and also lodged a complaint to the speaker but after a year, Brishketu Debbarma could not answer Speaker’s question.

On the contrary, the speaker immediately terminated Asish Das even though both Brishketu Debbarma and Asish Das’s stands have been same.
